afraid the last two weeks have caught up with us, DB is in bed having his siesta, I have just got up after spending the morning in bed. We have closed the door on the back bedroom until Monday, then DB will do half an hour in the garage and I will do an hour in the sewing room. I really did not realise the amout of belongings we have, I am putting things to one side either for the charity shop or the bin, need to cut down on a lot of belongings.
I am just about to go over to Long Clawson and collect our medication, that will give us 4 weeks to get the Drs here sorted. Not that I am expecting immediate service, my daughter told me last night she had been in to try and make an appointment to see her GP, they told her she could only do it via the on line portal....... she has been waiting since January for an appointment! what happens if you are old and have not got the internet????
You and DB are wise to take it easy after the nearly endless tasks of moving house. Hope you put the charity shop things askide to give yourself a chance to ponder if you should really keep an item or two.
ReplyDeleteI taking some time each day to shred some old papers that are now unneeded and it seems endless.
Hope to press, cut, and sew outer borders on the Skylines quilt today.
Hugs!
