Sun

We woke to a very sunny morning, it did cloud over briefly, but soon returned to bright sunshine.

DB has an appointment to get his ears tested this afternoon, whilst he is at the hospital I will go to Morrison for a very small pop up shop.

One pair of trousers turned up, the other pair are awaiting my attention, which will probably be tomorrow.

M was here for ages last night fising up the Amazon dot which will tell us when anyone is at the door. So pleased he did it for us, my span of attention gets very short when things do not turn out as they should.

DB spent an hour in the back garden, the frost is looking very nice just now, things are coming through in the back, I noticed yesterday the two pots with lilies in are showing growth........I still have to sort out the container with the fountain in it. The algae has disappeared from the stones, I need to get the stuff that stops the algae developing. As its a solar fountain the full sun position does not help.

On the way home we will call into the air ambulance charity stuff, drop a load of stuff and arrange for them to collect the two chests. I am still cross those two people said they were coming and then did not turn up.

I have heard from a couple of people who were at the retreat, they both have tested postive for covid. My cough seems to be abaiting although I now have a runny nose, still not testing positive. Phew.

Supper tonight is berrly pork with veg. The fridge is starting to look a bit empty, I have a grocery order coming next week.
