the sun is out, we are promised 22c today and the fine weather is to last until Monday. Millions of people hoping to get away for the holiday. There is a caravn rally on the field by the village hall. When a rally is booked they get the use of the kitchen and hall, so much jollification even if its bad weather. It brings in a tidy sum to pay for the upkeep of the hall.
We have no plans for the weekend, we were going to be going away on Sunday, but the booking was cancelled
Gardener due this afternoon, will have to have a look round and see what we can find for him to do, There are sone plants that need to go in, I white pulminaria I bought last year is flowering so that can go in at the top of the garden.
We have plenty of reading material, the bank holiday next month means we will have our books for 5 weeks instead of 4. I also have 4 books on my tablets via borrow box.
DB is busy asking Alexa what the temerature is like outside, she also warns us if there is someone coming to the door.
Supper tonight is fish and chips.
